Arvedel Group is a holding company founded in 2020 with three regional hubs in the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Pakistan, serving clients globally. It builds, owns and supports businesses across five business areas. This article explains how they fit together.
Companies
- Arvedel Consulting gives financial, tax, audit, regulatory and business-setup advice.
- Arvedel Traders imports, exports, and sells goods wholesale and retail.
- Arvedel Tech is the group’s technology company.
- Zebrix Solutions builds business systems and processes.
Brands and products
- TippyTots is a complete kids’ store: clothing, shoes, accessories, toys and, soon, fragrances.
- Zeynaa is the same for adults: clothing, shoes, accessories and, soon, fragrances.
- The Luxury Pipeline buys luxury and on-demand products for its customers — it does the shopping for you.
- MasjidInsights is an all-in-one masjid management platform (SaaS) for donations, membership, programmes and community communication.
Foundation
Asraa Hope Foundation is a non-profit supported by the group and its founders. It is currently registered in Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, and will soon have a footprint in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia and New Zealand.
How the group works
Each company, brand and product has its own team and customers. The group holds ownership and provides capital, governance and shared expertise in finance, tax, compliance and technology. The three Arvedel-named companies — Consulting, Traders and Tech — share the Arvedel brand.
