Who we are

Arvedel Group is a holding company founded in 2020. It owns and operates businesses in professional services, technology, trade and consumer brands, and supports the non-profit Asraa Hope Foundation.

The group started as an advisory practice. Advising other businesses on structure, tax and compliance showed its founders what makes a company durable, and they applied the same discipline to building and owning businesses of their own.

Today each company and brand has its own team, customers and website. The group holds ownership and provides capital, governance and shared expertise in finance, tax, compliance and technology.

Vision

To build a group of businesses that people trust and that last for generations.

Mission

To build, own and grow well-run businesses across markets, held to one standard of governance, compliance and care for customers.

02

Long-term thinking

We build businesses to last, not to flip, and invest where we can add lasting value.

Care for detail

Our roots in accounting and advisory mean we take structure, numbers and documentation seriously.
